Smarts-R-Us
26 February 2008I recently took my Roadster in to Smarts-R-Us for a (much cheaper than Mercedes) service, and after I got home realised they had charged me for two bulbs that didn’t (in the end – due to their advice) get fitted. With the stereotypical view of garages in mind I thought I’d have no chance of seeing a refund for that, but one quick call later and it was all sorted, they even thanked me for calling and informing me of their error!
